Work With Me
Ana Gracey — EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner

Meet Ana

As a woman with late‑diagnosed ADHD myself, I know firsthand the exhausting toll of decades of masking, internalised shame, and chronic burnout. I am an EFTMRA Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner trained directly under its creator, EFT Founding Master Karl Dawson. By combining my lived experience with advanced somatic trauma healing, I help neurodivergent women rewrite subconscious beliefs and create ways of living that honour who they are rather than who they were told to be.

How I Work

Grounded in advanced somatic EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, I will help you find internal safety by rewriting your inner narrative and gently healing the trauma behind the mask. My work follows three gentle somatic steps that help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim the younger parts of you who internalised shame.

1

REFLECT: We look back at your history with ADHD, processing the masking, the ADHD‑related struggles, and the chronic trauma of growing up constantly criticised or misunderstood.

2

REGULATE: We utilise EFT Tapping to calm a nervous system that has been stuck in a neurodivergent fight‑or‑flight response for years.

3

REPROGRAM: Using advanced Matrix Reimprinting (trained under creator Karl Dawson), we gently step into the subconscious to heal the younger versions of you who internalised the belief that they were ‘broken’ or ‘not enough’.

Under this watercolour butterfly logo, transformation is treated not as a rigid checklist, but as a fluid process of emerging as we were meant to be.

Welcome to a shame‑free space designed for your unique brain.

Who I help + How I help them

Late‑diagnosed women

After years of masking, coping, and self‑blame, many women hit a point of ADHD burnout — a collapse that looks like exhaustion, shutdown, emotional overwhelm, and the sudden inability to function the way they always have. The relief of a diagnosis lasts a few weeks… and then the grief arrives, along with a slow accounting of everything the late diagnosis…

Women in perimenopause

Perimenopause was what finally made all the dots connect for me. ADHD women often experience what I call “ADHD²” — cognitive shutdown, unaccountable mood swings, and a sudden inability to use the coping mechanisms that once held everything together. You hit your 40s and everything starts falling…

Neurodivergent parents of ND children

As with so many other women, I discovered my own neurodivergence while supporting my daughter through diagnoses of ADHD, Autism, and non‑epileptic seizures — and later through home education, after realising the school system simply couldn’t meet her needs. I understand the emotional load, the advocacy fatigue…

ADHD‑related bingeing and eating patterns

As a lifelong sufferer of disordered eating, I spent years trying every diet, every programme, every support group, and am in long‑term psychotherapy — and still nothing touched the part of me that was bingeing to cope. When you’re not always eating from hunger but from a desperate attempt to self‑medicate an overwhelmed…

Anxiety and panic attacks

Anxiety is one of the most common, and often misdiagnosed, comorbidities of ADHD. Years of masking, overthinking, emotional intensity, and relying on pressure and adrenaline as a motivation hack can create a perfect storm. For me, that eventually became debilitating panic attacks and persistent anxiety…

Creative ADHDers

As a singer, songwriter, and performer myself, I have a particular affinity for highly sensitive, intuitive, creative ADHD adults — the artists, deep feelers, and “misunderstood ones.” Many grew up believing they were the problem, when in reality they were simply wired differently and living in a world that…

Testimonials

"I want to thank you for the amazing EFT session. You helped me shine a light on something I didn't realise was there, and the change has been amazing! I've felt grounded, calm, and surprisingly energised ever since. My anxiety is soooo much better, and some of the habits I've been struggling with for years that used to feel impossible to stick to now feel so much easier. It's been a genuinely transformative experience. I'm looking forward to working with you again."

— Client, EFT session

"Working with Ana has been life‑changing. For the first time I feel safe in my own nervous system. The Matrix Reimprinting work gently untangled things I'd carried for decades — without ever feeling re‑traumatised. I finally feel like I'm coming home to myself."

— Late‑diagnosed ADHD client

"Ana holds the most beautifully calm and shame‑free space. She gets the ADHD brain in a way no one else has. I left every session lighter, clearer, and more in love with the person I actually am."
