My work is designed for women who are tired of coping, masking, and surviving on adrenaline. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in perimenopause, navigating parenting load, or carrying years of shame and self-blame, this is a space where your nervous system, your story, and your lived experience are honoured.
I offer two ways of working together: 1:1 EFT & Matrix Reimprinting and ADHD-informed EFT groups.
Both are grounded in advanced somatic EFT, trauma-informed practice, and the belief that you are not broken — you are overwhelmed, under-supported, and ready for a different way of living.
1:1 EFT & Matrix Reimprinting
My 1:1 work is for women who want deep, personalised support at whatever stage of the journey they’re in. Together, we work with:
- the emotional patterns behind your ADHD
- the younger parts of you who internalised shame
- the nervous-system responses that keep you stuck
- the beliefs you absorbed long before you had a diagnosis
- the burnout, grief, or overwhelm that brought you here
This is not mindset coaching layered on top of dysregulation.
This is somatic, trauma-informed work that helps you feel safe inside your own body again.

I’m building a series of small, supportive EFT groups for women who want to heal in community. Each group focuses on a specific stage of the ADHD journey, including:
- Late-diagnosed women
- Women in perimenopause
- Neurodivergent parents of ND children
- ADHD-related bingeing and eating patterns
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Creative ADHDers
These groups are gentle, structured, and deeply regulating.
You’ll learn tools that calm your nervous system, soften shame, and help you understand your patterns through a neuro-affirming lens.

My work is shaped by my lived experience as a late-diagnosed ADHD woman, a mother to a neurodivergent child, and someone who has walked through anxiety, burnout, binge-related coping, and the emotional unraveling of perimenopause.
I support women who are navigating:
