Meet Ana

As a woman with late‑diagnosed ADHD and a mother to an AuDHD daughter, I know firsthand the exhausting toll of decades of masking, internalised shame, and chronic burnout. I am an EFTMRA Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner trained directly under its creator, EFT Founding Master Karl Dawson. By combining my lived experience with advanced somatic trauma healing, I help neurodivergent adults rewrite subconscious beliefs and create ways of living that honour who they are rather than who they were told to be.
