My sessions blend somatic emotional regulation, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and trauma-aware support for late-diagnosed ADHD women — especially those navigating perimenopause, overwhelm, or long-buried emotional patterns resurfacing.

1:1 Somatic ADHD Support Session
£75• 50 minutes (with up to 60 minutes for closing)
Each session includes:
- Nervous-system regulation
- EFT tapping for emotional release
- Matrix Reimprinting for deeper subconscious shifts
- Support with ADHD-specific patterns: overwhelm, shame, masking, burn-out, people-pleasing, binge-eating, RSD
- Gentle integration and grounding before you leave the session

6-Session Support Package

Perfect if you want deeper, steadier transformation.
This package gives your nervous system time to settle, integrate and rewire patterns at a pace that feels safe.
You’ll receive:
- Six 1:1 sessions
- Email check-ins between sessions
- Personalised regulation practices
- Optional journalling prompts or tapping scripts
90-Minute Deep Dive Session
£100
A longer session for:
- Emotional overwhelm
- Perimenopause-related dysregulation
- Trauma surfacing
- ADHD shutdown or burnout
- Untangling a specific pattern or trigger
This is a spacious, grounding session where we go deeper into the emotional roots of what’s happening.
